{"id":123,"date":"2012-05-23T11:23:41","date_gmt":"2012-05-23T11:23:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shelter-associates.org\/blog\/?p=123"},"modified":"2016-01-27T11:24:54","modified_gmt":"2016-01-27T11:24:54","slug":"beneficiaries-visit-the-sample-apartment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shelter-associates.org\/blog\/beneficiaries-visit-the-sample-apartment\/","title":{"rendered":"Beneficiaries visit the &#8216;Sample Apartment&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On 22nd May 2012 members of the Sanjay Nagar (Miraj) community visited the \u2018Sample Apartment\u2019 which has been formed on site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Sanjay Nagar community are currently residing within a transition camp 1 kilometer from the land which previously accommodated their slum and is now being redeveloped under the Integrated Housing and Slum Development Program (IHSDP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The beneficiaries visited the \u2018Sample Apartment\u2019 as an ongoing process of community participation, so that they could experience the houses that will be provided to them (on a<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/slum.shelter-associates.org\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/large\/public\/DSCF2324_0.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>90% subsidized basis) under the IHSDP and, most importantly, to provide their feed back.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 22nd May 2012 members of the Sanjay Nagar (Miraj) community visited the \u2018Sample Apartment\u2019 which has been formed on site.
